Increase Claim was closed on june 29,2015, nothing has changed in ebenefits. Contacted 1800 and was told no notification letter was in my electronic file. Can I assume that my claim was denied an increase. Ro in New Orleans

Have been trying to call for 2 days.  Only get recording saying every one is busy helping others. - try again later.  Used to get option to leave number and they would return call.  Anyone else having problems?

I checked this morning on my claim and it stated that "Requested Documents are past due."  Now I have submitted everything and its a FDC.  I have done 3 C&P and submitted a DBQ. The only letter I have from them is the "we still got your file" letter...

I am seeing that the page is attempting to load but it freezes on loading when I click on the appeal tab and other tabs in ebeenies mobile. Refresh will not help. Is anyone else having problems?
