Does anyone on here have any idea why Ebenefits shows that it was "last updated" on a certain date but the update shows no changes.  This has happened a few times so we know someone is on there doing something but we can't see what since everything looks...

Its crazy i still have a cnp exam i know nothing will change but it seems like every hour or two i jump on ebenefits like somehow there gonna get magical results that aprove or deny my claim
