The "Chat with the VA" option on Ebennies hasn't been working this month. I get "This webpage is not avialable" after a longer then normal loading time. "ERR_TIMED_OUT. Used ie, chome, ff. Can anyone confirm that is is or isn't working for them? Thanx!
