I ebenefits shows that the estimated time of completion of my FDC (yes it shows FDC) is between 07/10/2015 to 01/18/2016, I filed it the end of August, so much for "faster if you file FDC.

I had an appeal that I got a SOC on 8/7/2014.  I filed a form 9 now it shows the following:  Does this mean it is complete or still need to go to the BVA?10/16/2014 Decision & Claims File Dispatch BVA.
